RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, and include the full box in original condition.

  • Must be in original packaging.

  • If items don’t meet these criteria, we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, email hello@shopblessie.com with your order number, and we’ll walk you through the next steps.

Returns

To request a return label, email hello@shopblessie.com with your order number.

  • Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

  • Ship it back using the label we provide.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider.

SHIPPING (U.S. Only)

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). You’ll get a shipping confirmation email & tracking number as soon as your order is on the move.

  • Standard Shipping (2–5 business days): $4.95 and Free on orders over $50.

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $14.99

FAULTY ITEMS

We don’t do broken promises—or dented tumblers.

If your Verse Tumbler arrive damaged or defective, let us know immediately.
Email: hello@shopblessie.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure to avoid delivery issues.
